When you submit a quote or contact form, you may provide your name, city, phone number, email address, service request, project details, and project photos. Please do not upload information or images that you do not have permission to share.
How submitted information is used
Delight Flooring uses submitted information to review your request, contact you, discuss the project, prepare an estimate, provide requested services, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitted project photos are used to understand and respond to your request. They are not permission to publish the photos in the website gallery or marketing materials.
Website measurement and service providers
This website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand website visits and advertising performance. The site also relies on service providers for website hosting, file storage, and delivery of contact requests. Retention and safeguards
Project photos and their private submission record are available through the private request viewer for 30 days and are scheduled for automatic deletion from website storage after 31 days. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
