"I did my floor and learn that the stairs are not included because it is a different kind of job that needed to be done. I start looking for a person or company that can complete the stairs job in a timely manner and cost efficient. I receive many quotes but Rudy’s quote was details and easy to understand. After reviewing all quotes, I decide to give the job to Rudy. A bit scared of what will come out of it, Rudy reassure me that my house was his show room and I will be please when is done. Let me say I am not please but over please. Rudy was efficient, extremely professional. He respected my time line as I was expecting my kids that weekend. I would highly recommend using this company, they are all the things you could ask for in a contractor; polite, neat, reasonably priced and timely. I have gotten 3 projects done with Rudy. There were nominal delays but Rudy is very professional and communicative. The first one was hardwood for about 800 sqft, the second one was hardwood for 1000 sqft and the third one was over 1500 sqft plus stairs. There were some problems with the stairs and Rudy was out of the country for a long time. However, as soon as he came back, he came to my house and fixed it, no charge."

To add a touch of class, we offered them water from our garage fridge and to our surprise, they replaced the water they used at the end of the week. It was a very nice (but unnecessary) thing to do. Our only issue in the end was that some of the nails were still visible on the quarter round used to finish the trim work and there were a few blemishes on the stairs we had to touch up. These were very minor and ultimately, we couldn't be happier with the completed project. We would definitely recommend Rudy and his Team."

Upon completion, the rooms looked fabulous for 2 reasons. One was the natural warmth and elegance of wood flooring and secondly, the workmanship of Rudy and his crew. The quality and professionalism of the job was no more evident then where the tile and wood met. The tile was raised to the level of the wood thickness and the 2 met each other at an odd angle. The transition between the 2 surfaces was seamless and flawless and no transition pieces were required to hide any shortcomings. I was most impressed with this part of the job as only an experienced professional would do such a perfect job. In addition, Rudy and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up the mess after each days work.
