Stop Water Damage. Fix Your Floors.
We review your layout, lighting, and traffic patterns so the chosen floor complements every corner of your space.
Our seasoned installers use laser-level prep, tight transitions, and meticulous edging to deliver showroom quality.
We include maintenance tips and can schedule follow-up visits, keeping your floors looking their best long after installation.

We don't mess around. First, we show up and assess the damage. This means finding out how far the water spread and what's salvageable versus what needs to be replaced. We check the subfloor too, because rot there can cause bigger problems down the line. Once we know the scope, we give you a direct quote.
The next step is removing the damaged materials. For hardwood, that might mean cutting out warped planks. For laminate, it often means taking up a whole section. We then make sure the subfloor is completely dry before installing new flooring. We source materials to match your existing floor as closely as possible and get it installed properly.
Water affects different floors in different ways. We handle the common types you find inside your home.
Hardwood: Can warp, cup, or buckle. Sometimes it can be sanded and refinished after drying, but often requires plank replacement.
Laminate: The core is usually particleboard, which swells and delaminates when wet. Damaged planks almost always need to be replaced.
Vinyl Plank: More water-resistant, but water can still get underneath and damage the subfloor or cause mold. We can un-click, dry, and re-install sections if the subfloor is sound.
Waiting is the worst thing you can do. Water that sits creates a breeding ground for mold and mildew within 24-48 hours. It can also weaken your subfloor, leading to structural issues. The faster you get the wet materials out and the area dried, the less damage you'll have to pay for later. It's that simple. If you see signs of water damage, call us. Don't wait for it to get worse.
