We review your layout, lighting, and traffic patterns so the chosen floor complements every corner of your space.
Our seasoned installers use laser-level prep, tight transitions, and meticulous edging to deliver showroom quality.
We include maintenance tips and can schedule follow-up visits, keeping your floors looking their best long after installation.

A successful floor repair starts long before a single tool is used. We begin with a thorough, meticulous inspection. This isn't just a quick glance; we use professional moisture meters to accurately map the extent of the water intrusion, both on the surface and within the subfloor. Identifying and stopping the source of the water is the absolute first priority. We then carefully remove the damaged sections, assessing the condition of the subfloor beneath. If the subfloor is compromised, it must be properly dried and repaired before any new flooring is installed. This foundational step is critical and one we never rush.
Each type of flooring reacts to water differently and requires a specific approach. For solid or engineered hardwood, we can often save boards by carefully drying them, but replacement is sometimes necessary for severe warping or buckling. We take painstaking care to source replacement planks that match your existing floor's species, grade, and finish, ensuring a near-invisible repair. For laminate and vinyl plank flooring, the core materials often swell and delaminate, meaning replacement of the affected area is the only correct solution. Our focus here is on creating a perfectly flat and dry subfloor and then seamlessly integrating the new planks with the old, ensuring all locking mechanisms are perfectly engaged.
Why do we obsess over the small things? Because with water damage, overlooking a small detail can lead to big problems later on, like mold growth or structural decay in your subfloor. A patch job might look fine for a few weeks, but our goal is a permanent solution that restores the beauty and safety of your home. From ensuring new hardwood is properly acclimated to your home's environment before installation to the final, flawless application of finish, we treat your floor as if it were our own. "We had 3 quotes and 1 was double Rudy's out and the other guy said it couldn't be done. Rudy got it done and they look great. Spiral staircases, one with carpet that was removed and the other was a builders grade spiral to basement. Rudy was here every day at the exact time he said he would show up and was flexible to work with around our schedule. We were delayed a week, but once we got started everything was exactly on schedule. He custom matched the stain to our current floors and we are thrilled with the finished product. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the job sd were very respectful of our home and family life (2 small kids and pets). Absolutely would recommend Rudy and his guys"
HomeOwner • 13 Mar 2014 • HomeStars"Rudy was down right professional from the very beginning when we first contacted him over the phone. He was prompt to the appointment, came with samples and had all the knowledge we needed to spruce up our condo before the new tenants moved in. We love how it all looked in the end and will be considering Rudy for our own home flooring work in the future."
Ryan & Giselle D • 24 Feb 2014 • HomeStars"Very fast efficient and cost effective company. I recommend them highly for flooring needs. Laminate in my case. Excellent communications, best ever: from their project manager to their operating team, we were exchanging messages frequently at 9 or 10 PM on a week end. If you hire them make sure to ask them to cover your walls: as they work fast you have to expect your walls to be dirty . My white walls showed signs of jeans and clothes passing through. Not a big deal to clean but still had to do it ."
