Got a water-damaged floor? We can help.
We review your layout, lighting, and traffic patterns so the chosen floor complements every corner of your space.
Our seasoned installers use laser-level prep, tight transitions, and meticulous edging to deliver showroom quality.
We include maintenance tips and can schedule follow-up visits, keeping your floors looking their best long after installation.

When water gets into your indoor flooring, the damage can be more than just skin deep. For hardwood, you'll see boards start to cup, crown, or warp. Laminate flooring tends to swell and bubble up at the seams, and the layers can start to peel apart. While vinyl is more water-resistant, water can still seep underneath, getting trapped and causing the subfloor to rot over time.
The biggest worry isn't always what you can see. The real danger is the moisture trapped beneath the surface. This creates the perfect breeding ground for mold and mildew, which can start growing in just a day or two and can affect your home's air quality. A damp subfloor can also lose its structural integrity, leading to soft spots and much bigger problems down the road.
We believe in keeping things straightforward and honest. First, we'll come out to your home and do a thorough assessment. We use moisture meters to find out exactly how far the water has spread, even in places you can't see. This helps us understand the full scope of the problem so there are no surprises.
Next, we'll sit down with you and explain your options. Sometimes, if the damage is minor and caught early, we can dry out the area and replace just a few boards. For more serious situations, a larger section or a full replacement might be necessary. We'll give you our honest recommendation, not a high-pressure sales pitch. Our goal is to find the right solution for your home and your budget.
Once we have a plan, our team gets to work. We carefully remove the damaged flooring, treat the subfloor to prevent any mold growth, and then expertly install the new flooring. We take pride in our work and will do our best to match your existing floor for a seamless look. When we're done, we clean up properly, because that's what good neighbours do. With Rudy, things are very different. If he promises, he will deliver. I have gotten 3 projects done with Rudy. There were nominal delays but Rudy is very professional and communicative. The first one was hardwood for about 800 sqft, the second one was hardwood for 1000 sqft and the third one was over 1500 sqft plus stairs. There were some problems with the stairs and Rudy was out of the country for a long time. However, as soon as he came back, he came to my house and fixed it, no charge."
Customer of Delight Flooring • 23 Sep 2019 • HomeStars"My project was a little over 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring, 350 ft of baseboard trim, 350 feet of door stop and 10 sq ft of tile in front of a fireplace. Upon completion, the rooms looked fabulous for 2 reasons. One was the natural warmth and elegance of wood flooring and secondly, the workmanship of Rudy and his crew. The quality and professionalism of the job was no more evident then where the tile and wood met. The tile was raised to the level of the wood thickness and the 2 met each other at an odd angle. The transition between the 2 surfaces was seamless and flawless and no transition pieces were required to hide any shortcomings. I was most impressed with this part of the job as only an experienced professional would do such a perfect job. In addition, Rudy and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up the mess after each days work. Even though I invited them to bring their saws and cutters indoors because it was cold, they insisted on doing this part of the job outdoor to minimise the mess in my home. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone seeking to have their flooring done. He is reasonably priced and offers quality work in exchange. Thanks Rudy and crew. Great Job."
