We review your layout, lighting, and traffic patterns so the chosen floor complements every corner of your space.
Our seasoned installers use laser-level prep, tight transitions, and meticulous edging to deliver showroom quality.
We include maintenance tips and can schedule follow-up visits, keeping your floors looking their best long after installation.

Laminate flooring is a practical solution for most areas of your home. It’s made of multiple layers fused together, topped with a high-resolution image of wood or stone and a tough protective wear layer. This construction makes it highly resistant to scratches, dents, and fading from sunlight. It gives you the look you want without the high cost and maintenance of hardwood. It’s a dependable choice for living rooms, hallways, bedrooms, and finished basements.
A great laminate floor depends entirely on a proper installation. We don't cut corners. Our process starts with assessing and preparing your subfloor, because a flat, stable base is critical. An uneven subfloor is the number one cause of planks separating or buckling later on. We ensure the surface is ready before a single board is laid.
We use the right underlayment to manage sound and provide a slight cushion, and we meticulously plan the layout for a clean, professional look. Every plank is locked securely, and we leave the correct expansion gap around the perimeter—a crucial step many overlook. This gap allows the floor to expand and contract with temperature changes, preventing damage. We finish the job with baseboards and trim for a clean, complete look. You get a floor that's not just placed, but properly installed to perform for the long term.
We install laminate where it makes the most sense: inside your home. It’s perfect for main living areas and bedrooms. While modern laminate has good water resistance for handling kitchen spills, it is not waterproof. For that reason, we do not recommend or install it in full bathrooms or laundry rooms where standing water is a risk. Our goal is to give you a floor that lasts, and that means putting the right product in the right environment. Call us at (647) 898-7839 to discuss your project.

HomeOwner • 21 Mar 2013 • HomeStars"Delight flooring is an A+ company , very professional and customer focussed. We had the carpet on our staircase and flooring replaced with hardwood and laminate and we were happy with the end result. Rudy and his team transformed my house in a beautiful place to live and taking the time to make sure that the job was done in the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends."
HomeOwner • 14 Feb 2016 • HomeStars"I did my floor and learn that the stairs are not included because it is a different kind of job that needed to be done. I start looking for a person or company that can complete the stairs job in a timely manner and cost efficient. I receive many quotes but Rudy’s quote was details and easy to understand. After reviewing all quotes, I decide to give the job to Rudy. A bit scared of what will come out of it, Rudy reassure me that my house was his show room and I will be please when is done. Let me say I am not please but over please. Rudy was efficient, extremely professional. He respected my time line as I was expecting my kids that weekend. I would highly recommend using this company, they are all the things you could ask for in a contractor; polite, neat, reasonably priced and timely. Thank you so much again Rudy for all your great work!"
