Life happens, and floors take the brunt of it. Whether it's a dropped pan in the kitchen or a chair that's been scraped one too many times, I've seen it all. I focus on common indoor laminate issues that can really be an eyesore. This includes surface scratches that ruin the finish, deeper chips and gouges that catch your eye, and those annoying gaps that can appear between planks over time. One of the most frequent calls I get is for minor water damage, where a plank has started to swell or peel. I can carefully replace just the damaged boards, seamlessly blending them with the rest of your floor. It's a precise job that makes a huge difference.
I like to keep things simple and clear for my neighbours. First, just give me a call at (647) 898-7839. We can chat about the problem, and I'll come by to take a look and give you a free, no-pressure quote. The trickiest part is often finding a perfect match for your existing flooring, but I have great local suppliers and know a few tricks to get it right. Once we have the replacement plank, the repair itself is usually pretty quick. I carefully remove the damaged board without disturbing the ones around it, fit the new one perfectly, and make sure everything is secure. I always clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving your space just as I found it... but with a much better-looking floor!
Before you consider ripping out your entire floor, let's talk about the benefits of a targeted repair. The most obvious one is cost – replacing a few planks is significantly cheaper than buying and installing a whole new floor. It's also much less disruptive to your life. A full replacement can take days and create a lot of dust and noise, while most of my repairs are done in just a few hours. It’s a convenient fix that gets your home back to normal fast. Plus, it's a greener choice. By repairing instead of replacing, you're keeping perfectly good flooring material out of the landfill. It just makes good sense all around.

"I had Rudy install new laminate floors and baseboards in my photography studio and him and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, stuck to their quote and helped me stay within budget. They left the place clean and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Rudy!!"

Andre • 14 Jan 2014 • HomeStars"My project was a little over 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring, 350 ft of baseboard trim, 350 feet of door stop and 10 sq ft of tile in front of a fireplace. Upon completion, the rooms looked fabulous for 2 reasons. One was the natural warmth and elegance of wood flooring and secondly, the workmanship of Rudy and his crew. The quality and professionalism of the job was no more evident then where the tile and wood met. The tile was raised to the level of the wood thickness and the 2 met each other at an odd angle. The transition between the 2 surfaces was seamless and flawless and no transition pieces were required to hide any shortcomings. I was most impressed with this part of the job as only an experienced professional would do such a perfect job. In addition, Rudy and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up the mess after each days work. Even though I invited them to bring their saws and cutters indoors because it was cold, they insisted on doing this part of the job outdoor to minimise the mess in my home. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone seeking to have their flooring done. He is reasonably priced and offers quality work in exchange. Thanks Rudy and crew. Great Job."
