Scratched hardwood? Let's fix it right.
We review your layout, lighting, and traffic patterns so the chosen floor complements every corner of your space.
Our seasoned installers use laser-level prep, tight transitions, and meticulous edging to deliver showroom quality.
We include maintenance tips and can schedule follow-up visits, keeping your floors looking their best long after installation.

There's a big difference between a light surface scratch and a deep gouge. Surface scuffs often only affect the top protective layer, or finish. These are typically the easiest to address. Deeper scratches, however, cut into the wood itself. They require more than just a polish; they need to be properly filled, sanded, and sealed to protect the wood and blend with the surrounding area. Ignoring deep damage can lead to moisture getting into the wood, causing stains or warping.
We handle all types of indoor floor damage, from a single scratch from a dragged chair to a cluster of marks in a high-traffic hallway. We assess the depth and severity to determine the right course of action.
Our process is all about durability. First, we thoroughly clean the damaged area to remove any dirt or contaminants that could interfere with the repair. Next, we carefully address the scratch. For deeper gouges, this involves using a high-quality, hard-wearing wood filler that won't shrink or crack. We then meticulously sand the area to be perfectly level with the rest of the board.
The most crucial step is colour and finish matching. We don't just use a generic marker. We custom-mix stains to match your floor's specific colour and tone. Finally, we apply multiple coats of a durable, professional-grade sealant to protect the repair and match the sheen of your existing floor. This ensures the fix is both strong and invisible.
Store-bought scratch repair kits and markers are temporary fixes at best. They often don't match the colour properly, leaving a noticeable mark. The fillers are usually soft and wear away quickly, especially in areas with foot traffic. A bad DIY repair can make the spot look worse and can be more difficult for a professional to correct later. We use professional tools and materials that are designed for longevity, ensuring the repair becomes a permanent part of your floor, not just a cover-up.

"Rudy and team are friendly, knowledgeable, on time and on budget. He supplied and installed laminate in our basement and capped the stairs with hardwood. We initially called several flooring companies and they did not know what to do with our box stairs, which just had carpet removed. Rudy was the first and only installer who gave details and options for the stairs, and provided valued recommendations. On top of that, he stained the hardwood oak stairs perfectly to match the honey oak colored laminate. We highly recommend his services!"

Excellent communications, best ever: from their project manager to their operating team, we were exchanging messages frequently at 9 or 10 PM on a week end. If you hire them make sure to ask them to cover your walls: as they work fast you have to expect your walls to be dirty . My white walls showed signs of jeans and clothes passing through. Not a big deal to clean but still had to do it ."

They removed our staircase and upstairs carpet and did a fantastic job of installing our new hardwood as well as cleaning up and disposing of our old carpets. The job was completed extremely quickly and everything exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend them highly enough"
