I have gotten 3 projects done with Rudy. There were nominal delays but Rudy is very professional and communicative. The first one was hardwood for about 800 sqft, the second one was hardwood for 1000 sqft and the third one was over 1500 sqft plus stairs. There were some problems with the stairs and Rudy was out of the country for a long time. However, as soon as he came back, he came to my house and fixed it, no charge."
